参芍片治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察参芍片对不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效。方法将入选的120例UA病人随机分为两组,在常规治疗的基础上,观察组单服参芍片,对照组同时服用硝酸异山梨酯(消心痛)片和氯吡格雷片,均连续用药4周。观察其用药前后的临床症状、心电图、血小板聚集和血液黏度。结果观察组和对照组心绞痛疗效总有效率分别为83.3%、81.7%,心电图变化总有效率分别为75.0%、73.3%,两组心绞痛疗效和心电图变化总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后与治疗前血小板聚集及血液黏度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组治疗后比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论参芍片可改善心肌供血,抑制血小板聚集,降低血液黏度,且安全。Objective To observe the clinical effects of Shenshao tablets in the treatm ent of unstable angina pectoris （UA ）.Methods 120 patients with UA were divided random ly into tw o groups,on the basis of routine therapy,the ob-servation group were just given Shenshao tablets,w hile the control group at the same time were given isosorbide dini-trate and clopidogrel tablets,both groups had continuous adm inistration for 4 w eeks.The clinical sym ptom s,electrocar-diogram,platelet aggregation and blood viscosity before and after m edication were observed .Results The total curative effect rates of UA in the observation group and the control group were 83.3% and 81.7% respectively,and the total curative effect rates of electrocardiogramchanges in both groups were 75.0% and 73.3% respectively.C om parison of the total curative effect rates of UA and electrocardiogramchanges in both groups show ed no difference of statistical significance （P〉0 .05 ）.C om parison of platelet aggregation and blood viscosity before and after m edication in both groups show ed differences of statistical significance （P〈0 .05 ）.B ut com parison in the tw o groups after treatm ent show ed no difference of statistical significance （P〉0 .05 ）.There were not serious adverse reactions in the tw o groups. Conclusion Shenshao tablets can improve m yocardial blood supply,inhibit platelet aggregation,and reduce blood vis-cosity with safety.
