产后一年内妇女社会支持与生存质量研究

摘　　要：目的了解本地区初产妇产后一年内社会支持和生存质量现状,初步评价其整体全面的健康状况。方法采用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)、健康调查简表能(SF-36)对192例研究对象进行问卷调查及访谈。结果调查对象生存质量评价中生理职能、躯体疼痛、情感职能评分低于国内常模;产褥期生理机能、躯体疼痛和精力评分低,客观、主观支持得分高;产褥期后至半年内生理职能、一般健康状况和社会功能评分低,客观、主观支持评分低;社会支持与生存质量呈正相关;睡眠不足、无人照顾婴儿、慢性疼痛、情绪及压力等是产妇自诉生育影响健康主要原因。结论妇女产后一年内健康水平低;产后不同阶段健康相关问题和获得的社会支持程度不同;提高产妇的生存质量,要提供广泛而持久的社会支持。Objective To m ake prelim inary evaluation on the general health status of postpartum w om en w ithin one year after delivery by investigating their social support and quality of life.Methods SSR S and SF-36 w ere adopted to investigate 192 study objects by questionnaire survey and interview s.Results In the life quality evaluation of these re-spondents,the scores of physiological role,body pain,and em otion values w ere low er than dom estic norm s.Puerperal w om en got low scores of physiological function,body pain and vitality,w hile high scores of subjective and objective support.W om en after puerperal state got low scores of physiological role,general health condition ,and social function , and low scores of subjective and objective support w ithin a half year after delivery.Social support and quality of life w ere positively correlated.It w as told by these w om en that sleep insufficiency,no baby-sitting,chronic pain,em otion and pressure w ere m ain health influencing factors by fertility.Conclusion Postpartum w om en＇s health w ithin one year is low er than other tim es.In different periods there are different health problem s and social support.W e m ust provide extensive and everlasting social support for im proving the quality of m aternal survival.
