摘　　要：ANT为研究军民融合技术创新网络的组构、利益联盟及实现机制提供了一种新的视角。军民融合技术创新网络利益联盟的实现依赖于各个行动者的利益制衡及利益协调。军民融合技术创新网络的核心行动者能否通过问题呈现、利益赋予、征召和动员等基本环节,协调其他行动者的利益,是军民融合技术创新网络稳定运行的关键。ANT（Actor Network Technology） provlaes a new perspective to study the formation of civil - military integra-tion technology innovation network, its alliance interests and the realization of the network mechanism. The realization of civil -military technology integration network depends on the interests counterbalance and coordination between different agents. Civil - military integration innovation technology is a joint evaluation and mutual construction dynamic process between governments, military enterprises, private enterprises, scientific research institutions, colleges and intermediar- ies, as we say human actors, and policies, conceptions and patterns, as we say nonhuman actors. The core actors play crucial roles in the successful operation of civil - military technology innovation network by following the basic procedures of problematization, profits sharing, enrollment and mobilization and by coordinating the interests of other actors.
