摘　　要：文化的核心与根本在于价值观;核心价值观是文化核心的核心、根本的根本,是占主导地位的优秀价值观;弘扬与培育具有强大生命力与感召力的核心价值观,是中国社会主义精神文明建设的重要内容;习近平关于弘扬社会主义核心价值观的战略地位、精神蕴涵、培育与践行途径等一系列新论述,发前人未所发,对实施中国的文化强国战略具有重大的指导价值。Cultural values are the core and fundamental of a culture and core values are the central elements of the cul- tural values and are dominated by excellent values. Promoting and cultivating the core values of strong vitality and appeal is an important part of China＇s socialist spiritual civilization. President Xi Jinping＇s recent interpretation of the strategic position and spiritual implications of the socialist core values and on how to cultivate and fulfill these values is unprece- dented and provides significant guidance for building China into a cultural power.
