摘　　要：子宫内膜异位症影响生育能力的因素涉及免疫、内分泌因素、结构变化及心理因素等。中医认为,瘀血阻滞胞宫、冲任,肾虚血瘀是内异症相关不孕的主要病机。诸因素均可对正常妊娠产生干扰,降低妊娠能力。中药治疗可有效改善临床症状,缩小异位病灶,抑制复发,同时具有一定的改善盆腔局部环境、保护卵巢功能、改善子宫内膜容受性的作用。Endometriosis affects fertility factors involved in the immune ,endocrine factors ,structural change and psychologi-cal factors ,etc .The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine thinks ,gore block cell palace ,blunt ,kidney and blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of endometriosis associated infertility .The factors all can produce interference to normal pregnancy ,reduce pregnancy ability .Traditional Chinese medicine treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptems .
