摘　　要：目的探讨前列舒通胶囊在治疗湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎中的临床应用及疗效。方法选取147例经诊断为湿热瘀阻型前列腺炎的患者,分为治疗组(78例)与对照组(69例),分别给予前列舒通胶囊+盐酸坦洛新胶囊联合治疗及单纯盐酸坦洛新胶囊治疗。药物治疗8周后根据美国国立卫生研究院慢性前列腺炎症状评分量表(national institute of health-chronic prostatitis symptom index,NIH-CPSI)进行症状量化评分,并对患者进行前列腺液检测(examination of prostatic secretion,EPS),比较卵磷脂小体、白细胞(white blood cell,WBC)、p H值在治疗前后的差异,评价2种药物治疗方式的临床疗效及应用价值。结果经过8周的药物治疗后,2组患者均出现NIH-CPSI评分降低及EPS常规中WBC数目减少,并且治疗组下降幅度较对照组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论本次研究证明,临床上应用前列舒通胶囊对湿热瘀阻证型前列腺炎进行治疗,患者临床症状及治疗后评分明显改善,其联合α1受体阻滞剂治疗效果显著。Objective To explore the clinical effects of qianlie shutong capsule in treatment of damp heat and blood stasis type prostatitis .Methods The 147 cases of patients who were diagnosed with damp heat and blood stasis type prostatitis were collected and divided into two groups .The 78 patients in the experimental group were treated with Qianlie shutong cap-sule combined with tamsulosin hydrochloride capsules ,while the control group （69 cases ） was treated with tamsulosin hy-drochloride capsules only .All the cases selected as the research objects were scored according to the National Institute of Health-Chronic Prostatitis Symptom index （NIH-CPSI ） and have examination of prostatic secretion （EPS ） after 8 weeks’ treatment .The number of lecithin ,white blood cells （WBC ） and pH were compared between the two groups so as to evaluate the clinical effects of two kinds of treatment .Results NIH-CPSI scores and number of WBC of all patients both decrease with 8 weeks treatment and the experimental group’ patients decrease more when compared with the control group （ P〈0 .05 ） .Conclusion Qianlie shutong capsule plays a positive role in the treatment of patients with damp heat and blood sta-sis type prostatitis .
