摘　　要：目的观察自拟中药方经皮离子导入治疗不同时期膝关节骨性关节炎的临床疗效。方法运用自拟中药方(乳香、没药、丹参、当归)经皮离子导入治疗90例不同时期膝关节骨性关节炎,观察其对不同时期膝骨性关节炎的疗效。结果中药离子导入治疗膝关节骨关节炎能有效地改善患者的临床症状及体征(P<0.05),延缓病情发展,改善患者生活质量。结论由于膝关节自身的解剖特点,中药经皮离子导入法使药物的有效成分直达病灶,较口服药吸收更利于吸收,减少了肝脏的"首过效应"。局部用药,不需经过消化系统,避免了对消化系统的刺激。Objective To observe the prescriptions in quasi transdermal iontophoresis clinical curative effect for the treat-ment of knee osteoarthritis in different periods .Methods Use the Chinese medicine （frankincense ,myrrh ,salvia miltior-rhiza ,angelica） transdermal iontophoresis treatment of 90 cases of knee osteoarthritis in different periods ,observe its knee osteoarthritis efficacy of different periods .Results Has the traditional Chinese medicine （TCM ） and the double effect of electrical stimulation .Chinese medicine iontophoresis treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and signs （ P〈0 .05 ） ,slow disease progression .Improve the patients quality of life .Conclusion Due to anatomical characteristics of knee joint itself ,Chinese medicine transdermal iontophoresis method to make the effec-tive composition of drugs direct lesions ,is for oral administration to absorb more conducive to absorb ,reduced the”the first effect”of the liver .Local drug ,do not need through the digestive system ,avoid the stimulation of digestive system .
