复阴舒筋法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛

摘　　要：目的观察复阴舒筋法治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的疗效和安全性。方法将60例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例。治疗组口服芍药甘草汤加减组方的中药颗粒,对照组口服西药巴氯芬,2组疗程均为4周。分别在治疗前和治疗后应用改良Ashworth痉挛量表评估2组患者的肢体痉挛的改善情况,采用Barthel指数评估2组患者日常生活活动能力,观察中医证候情况和安全性。结果治疗组和对照组均可不同程度的改善Ashworth的评分,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组在改善Barthel评分及改善中医证候方面优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗中无严重不良反应。结论复阴舒筋法以通络,柔筋止痉为基本治疗原则,复阴舒筋法可以改善患者脑卒中后肢体痉挛程度。Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Fu Yin Shu Jin treatment for limb spasticity after stroke . Methods The 60 cases of patients with apoplectic hemiplegia ,in accordance with the random number table ,were divided into treatment group （30 cases ） and control group （30 cases ） .Treatment group were treated by Chinese medicine granules Shaoyao Gancao Decoction with oral;control group were treated by western medicine baclofen with oral .Both groups were treated for 4 weeks .The limb spasticity improvement were evaluated by the modified Ashworth scale and the daily activity a-bility were evaluated by Barthel index of both patients groups in the pretreatment and post treatment respectively .At the same time ,the TCM syndromes and safety of patients were observed .Results The treatment group and control group are different degrees of improvement in Ashworth scores .Both groups were no significant difference （ P〉0 .05 ）;the treatment group was better than control group on the improvement of the Barthel index and TCM syndrome （ P〈0 .05 ） .There showed no severe side effects .Conclusion Fu Yin Shu Jin treatment has really curative effect and high safety in limb spasticity af-ter stroke .
