舒心片薄层色谱鉴别及木香烃内酯和去木香烃内酯的含量测定

摘　　要：目的制定舒心片质量标准方案,控制制剂成品质量。方法采用薄层色谱法对舒心片中的沉香、莪术等进行鉴别。采用HPLC法测定木香中木香烃内酯和去氢木香烃内酯总含量。色谱条件:以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;乙腈-水(58∶42)为流动相;检测波长为225 nm。结果 TLC法对制剂中鉴别药材专属性强、斑点分离清晰、重现性好,阴性无干扰;HPLC测定木香烃内酯在0.023 7~0.237 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,去氢木香烃内酯在0.158 8~1.588 0μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,回收率为96.27%,RSD为1.17%。结论 TLC操作方便、分辨力高;HPLC法专属性强,重复性好,可作为舒心片制剂的质量控制标准。Objective To draft the quality standard of Shuxin Tablets .Methods To study the Aucklandiae Radix and Cur-cumae Rhizoma by TLC;To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of costunolide and Dehydrocostuslactone in Shuxin Tablets .The chromatographic column was C18 ,the mobile phase was Acetonitrile-water（58：42） at a flow velocity of 1 .0 mL/min ,and the detection wave length was 225 nm .Results The linear concentration range of costunolide was within 0 .023 7 μg^0 .237 0 μg ,Dehydrocostuslactone was within 0 .158 8 μg ~1 .588 0 μg;The average recovery rate was 96 .27% （RSD=1 .17% ） .Conclusion TLC and HPLC procedures are simple ,rapid and accurate ,and they can be used for the quality control of Shuxin Tablets .
