摘  要:研究不同变质剂加入量对高镍铬无限冷硬铸铁轧辊铸态组织、硬度、冲击性能的影响规律。结果表明,残余稀土含量为0.03%~0.05%时,变质效果最佳,石墨形态由片状变为蠕虫状或团状,偏聚现象消失。碳化物主要为莱氏体碳化物,尺寸更加细小。The influence rule of different adding quantity of modifier on the cast structure, hardness and impact property of high Ni-Cr infinite chilled cast iron roll has been studied.The results show that when the residual rare earth content was 0.03%-0.05%, the modifying effect was best.Meanwhile, the graphite morphology turned from flake-like into vermiform or spherical, and the segregation phenomenon disappeared.The main carbide was the ledeburite carbide with smaller size.
