吴茱萸涌泉穴贴敷佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎50例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察吴茱萸涌泉穴贴敷佐治小儿疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法将100例确诊为疱疹性咽峡炎的患儿随机分为2组,对照组给予常规抗病毒、抗菌、补充维生素及对症治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,配合吴茱萸涌泉穴外敷治疗。5 d后对2组病例愈显率、总症状积分分值变化进行评价。结果治疗组愈显率为96.0%,对照组为70.0%,治疗组在愈显率方面明显优于对照组(χ2=11.9773,P<0.01);2组治疗后总症状积分均明显降低,与同组治疗前比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);治疗后与对照组比较,治疗组总症状积分降低更明显(P<0.05)。结论在常规治疗基础上加用吴茱萸涌泉穴贴敷治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎效果显著。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Evodia application on Yongquan （ KII ） treating children with herpangina. Methods 100 children patients diagnosed with herpangina were randomly divided into two groups, 50 each. The control group received conventional anti-viral, anti-bacterial, vitamin supplements and symptomatic treatment. The treatment group, based on the above treatment, were additionally given Evodia applica- tion on Yongquan （ KI 1 ）. After 5 days, the cases with markedly effective rate and the changes of the total symp- tom integrals of two groups were evaluated. Results The markedly effective rate in the treatment group was 96. 0% and that of the control group was 70.0%, the treatment group was better than the control group at the markedly effective rate （ X2= 11. 977 3, P〈0.01 ）. After the treatment, the total symptom integrals of two groups were sig- nificantly lower, comparing to that before the treatment in the same group, the differences were statistically signifi- cant （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01 ）. The reduction of the total symptom integrals in the treatment group after the treatment was more remarkable compared to that of the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Evodia application on Yongquan （ KI 1 ） used on the basis of the conventional therapy has good effect in treating children herpangina.
