摘　　要：装备保障基地是部队装备保障的依托,加强高山寒地装备保障基地建设是提高边境地区装备保障能力的一项重要工作。在分析高山寒地装备保障基地职能的基础上,对装备保障基地的战时编成及部署进行设想,提出装备保障基地战时实施保障的基本方法。Equipment support base is the backing of the army equipment support. To strengthen the construction of equipment support base on cold plateaus is an important work for improving the equipment support capacity in border areas. On the basis of analyzing the functions of equipment support base on cold plateaus, the paper conceives formation and deployment of equipment support base at wartime, and puts forward the basic methods for its execution.
