摘 要:本试验旨在研究胚蛋注射蛋氨酸(Met)对朗德鹅生产性能和血液生化指标的影响。将300枚种蛋分为2组,每组3个重复,每个重复50枚种蛋。在孵化第24天进行蛋氨酸胚蛋注射,对照组不进行任何处理,处理组注射Met5g/L,NaC17.5g/L的营养液1.5mL。出雏后,每个重复选取体重均匀和健康的雏鹅20只进行饲养试验,饲养期28d。结果表明:处理组对孵化率无显著影响(P〉0.10),但显著提高朗德鹅初生重和1~14日龄平均日增重(P〈0.05),同时显著降低了饲料增重比(P〈0.05);处理组对卵黄囊和肝脏指数无显著影响(P〉0.10),但显著提高了雏鹅第28天胸肌指数(P〈0.05);处理组显著提高了雏鹅第14天血清中总蛋白的含量(P〈0.05),同时有提高血清中白蛋白含量的趋势(0.05≤P〈0.10);在第28天,处理组有提高雏鹅血清中总蛋白和白蛋白的趋势(0.05≤P〈0.10);处理组显著降低了雏鹅第14和28天血清中尿酸的含量(P〈0.05)。试验结果显示,在孵化后期种蛋注射蛋氨酸可显著提高朗德鹅初生重和改善1~14日龄生产性能,其可能与鹅体内氨基酸利用和蛋白质沉积提高有关。The aim of the present study was to investigate the effect of in ovo injection of methionine on growth perlolmance and serum profile in Landaise geese. A total of 300 hatching eggs hatched by Lamtaise geese breeders were randomly divided into 2 treatments (Con and Met) with 3 replicates per treatment and 50 eggs in each replicate.At 24 d of incubation, fertile eggs were injected with 1.5 mL of 5 g/L methionine in 0.75% saline, with controls not injected. After 30 days hatching, 20 healthy goslings with similar body weight were selected from each replicate and then Ihd. The feeding period was 28 days.Results showed that the Met had no significantly effects on hatchability (P〈0.10), but the body weight and average daily gain of geese from 1 to 14 d of age, meanwhile lower (P〈0.05) feed/gain. The Met had no significant effects on yolk sac index and liver index of geese at 14 and 28 d of age (P〉0.05), but higher breast muscle index of geese at 28 d of age (P〈0.05). The Met increased (P〈0.05) the concentrations of total protein in serum at 14 d of age, at the same time exhibited a tendency (0.05 ≤P〈0.10) towards higher serum albumin concentrations. The Met exhibited a tendency (0.05 ≤P〈0.10) towards higher serum total protein and albumin concentrations at 28 d of age. The Met had lower (P〈0.05) serum uric acid concentrations at 14 and 28 d of age. In conclusion, in ovo injection of methionine could increase the utilize of amino acid and protein deposition to improve body weight and average daily gain, feed/gain of Landaise geese from 1 to 14d of age.
