摘 要:本文选取产仔数性状基因作为研究对象,展示其在中国地方品种猪的分子育种现状,分析分子育种运用于临床实践的可能性和意义,为地方品种猪的保种、育种实践奠定基础。猪产仔数性状受多基因调控,遗传力偏低,分子育种手段可能加快该性状的育种进程。本文综述了与产仔数性状相关主效基因(雌激素受体、促卵泡素β、催乳素受体、视黄醇结合蛋白4、骨桥蛋白)的多态性及其与产仔数性状关联程度,分析其在中国主要地方品种猪中育种实践的进展情况,并对分子标记辅助育种技术的实践提出了建议。In this paper, the genes of litter sizetraitwas selectedas research subjects, we revealed its molecular breeding status of China local pigs, and analysized possibilities and significances of molecular breeding in clinical practice, which will be the foundation for the conservation, breeding of China local breeds pigs. As a quantitative trait, sow high litter size traits are regulated by some genes and , the heritability is low. The breeding procession of this trait will be accelerated by molecular breeding methods. We reviewed the polymorphism of litter size-relatedmajor effectgenes (estrogen receptor, follicle-stimulating hormone 13 receptor, prolactin receptor, retinol binding protein 4, osteopontin protein) of Chinese major local breeds and analysized the correlation with litter size traits. We analysized progression of molecular marker assisted selection techniques applications to breeding practice. Also, we gave some suggestion of using molecular marker-assisted in breeding practices
