摘 要:以某钢铁企业高炉冶炼过程为研究对象,根据绘制的高炉碳素流程图,建立了高炉工序CO2排放模型,解析高炉冶炼过程中碳素流运行规律。制定了CO2排放因子和计算公式,计算出入炉焦炭占高炉碳输入量的46.27%,动力消耗中的高炉煤气占碳输入量的48.39%,冶炼吨铁CO2排放量占高炉碳输出量的57.26%,进入管网高炉煤气占碳输出量的34.23%。据此,提出减少高炉冶炼工序中C素能源消耗,优化高炉炼铁工艺流程,采用先进节能技术等措施,可降低此工序CO2排放量。Taking the smelting process in blast furnace as the research object, according to the carbon flow chart of blast furnace, carbon dioxide emission model of blast furnace was established, and operation rules of carbon flow for the smelting process in blast furnace were analyzed. The appropriate carbon dioxide emission factor and the calculation formula were formulated, charged coke accounted for 46.27 percent of the total blast furnace carbon input and the blast furnace gas used for power consumption accounted for 48.39 percent of the total carbon input, the carbon emission using for smelting iron accounted for 57.26 percent of the total blast furnace carbon output and the blast furnace gas entering the pipe network accounted for 34.23 percent of the total carbon output. Based on the analysis results, some measures to reduce carbon dioxide emission were put forward, such as reducing carbon-containing energy consumption in the blast furnace smelting process, optimizing the smelting process in blast furnace and using advanced energy-saving technologies, and so on.
