摘 要:目的:探究头颈部肿瘤采用67Ga-Citrate(Cit)、99Tcm-MIBI显像及CT诊断的临床价值。方法:选取头颈部肿瘤患者50例,手术前行67Ga-Citrate(Cit)、99Tcm-MIBI显像及CT检查。结果:本次研究中,67Ga-Citrate(Cit)具有较高的灵敏性,CT检查具有较高的特异性,采用67Ga-Citrate(Cit)和99Tcm-MIBI显像检查头颈部肿瘤,在良性肿块诊断方面,两种方法无统计学差异(P>0.05);在恶性肿瘤方面,67Ga-Citrate(Cit)明显高于99Tcm-MIBI显像检查,结果具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:临床上诊断头颈部肿瘤,若需判断肿瘤性质可首选67Ga-Citrate(Cit)显像;若需要了解肿瘤的位置、大小或周围组织情况,需进一步做CT检查。临床上将67Ga-Citrate(Cit)显像与CT影像相结合,可有效提高临床诊断的准确度。Objective To study the clinical value of 67Ga - Citrate ( Cit), 99Tcm - MIBI scintigraphy and CT scanning for head and neck neoplasm. Method Before surgery, 50 patients with head and neck neoplasm in our hospital adopted the detections of 67Ga - Citrate ( Cit), 99Tcm - MIBI scintigraphy and CT scanning. Result 67Ga - Citrate (Cit) had a higher sensitivity; CT diagnosis had a higher specificity; the detection of benign neoplasms based on 67Ga -Citrate (Cit) and 99Tern - MIBI scintigraphy was not sig- nificantly different ( P 〉0. 05 ) ; the detection of malignant neoplasm based on 67Ga - Citrate (Cit) was significantly higher than that of 99Tcm -MIBI scintigraphy (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In clinical practice, 67Ga- Citrate (Cit) scintigraphy can be the first choice to judge the characters of head and neck neoplasms; CT scanning can be used to judge the position, size or tissues of neoplasms. The combination of 67Ga - Citrate (Cit) and CT scanning can effectively enhance the accuracy of clinical diagnosis.
