摘　　要：周恩来群众观来源于马克思主义的群众理论,来源于我国优秀传统文化的长期熏陶,也来源于周恩来自身的生活实践体验。周恩来群众观内涵丰富,形成了独特的思想体系。其中,尊重历史,相信依靠群众是基础;牢记宗旨,服务人民群众是核心;勤于思考,虚心向群众学习是重要内容;慎用权力,接受群众监督是关键。The mass viewpoint of Zhou Enlai is rooted in mass theory of Marxism.It has been edified by traditional culture and living practice for long,With rich connotation,it forms a uique idcological system gradueilly.Thereinto,the basis is respecting history and relying on masses;The nuclear is keeping the obligation in mind and serving the masses;The main part is being open-minded in learning from masses;The key point is using power prudently under masses＇ s upervision.
