赤霉素浸种对乌腺金丝桃种子发芽的影响试验

摘　　要：以乌腺金丝桃种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度赤霉素、不同浸种时间、不同温度、不同p H值对其种子发芽的影响,从发芽率及发芽势上进行分析,结果表明:在25℃,浸种24h,p H6.5,赤霉素500 mg/L浸种条件下,乌腺金丝桃种子发芽效果最好,发芽势为62.96%,发芽率为67.36%。Taking Hypericum attenuatum seeds as test materials, researched the effects of different concentrations of GA, different soaking time, different temperature, different pH on the seeds quality of Hypericum attenuatum, by analysis of the germination rate and the germination potential, the results showed that the effect of 500 mg/L GA socking Hypericum attenuatum seeds for 24h was the best, the suitable germination temperature for Hypericum attenuatum seed was 25℃, and the suitable germination pH was 6.5, the germination potential reached 62.96%, and the germination rate reached 67.36%.
