摘  要:对龙脑、异龙脑进行了急性毒性、局部刺激性、耐缺氧、镇痛、延长戊巴比妥睡眠时间等试验。观察到龙脑的毒性较异龙脑小。龙脑、异龙脑有镇痛、延长戊巴比妥引起的睡眠时间的作用。异龙脑能显著延长耐缺氧时间,龙脑的这一作用则不显著。龙脑、异龙脑的局部刺激性均较小,粘膜用药时异龙脑的刺激性略大于龙脑,肌注时则相反。The effects of borneoland isoborneol on toxicity, local irrilation,tolerance to lack oxygen, analgesia andthe sleeping time induced by pentobarbitalsodium were compared in mice and rabbits. The oral median lethal dose of bor-neol, isoborneol and synthetic borneol were2879, 2269, and 2507 mg/kg. After borneoland isoborneol 2.5 mg/10 g ip in micewith hot plate, the times of licking hindpaw were prolonged significantly. Borneoland isoborneol 2 mg/10 g ip before themice treated with pentobarbital sodium45 mg/kg ip, the sleeping times pro-longed were seen siginificantly. The timeof tolerance to lack oxygen in mice wasprolonged significantly by isoborneol 2mg/10 g ip, borneol was not significantlydifferent from control. Although 5-10%borneol and isoborneol, being used five toten times more than human dosage, wereadministrsed to the mucous membrane andmuscle of rabbits, the strking effects oflocal irritation were not seen.
