改良去骨瓣减压术在颅脑损伤治疗中的应用价值探析

摘　　要：目的探讨改良去骨瓣减压术在治疗颅脑损伤患者中的效果。方法将84例颅脑损伤患者随机分为两组,各42例,对照组给予标准去骨瓣减压术治疗,观察组给予改良去骨瓣减压术治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率73.9%高于对照组47.6%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。观察组并发症发生率9.5%低于对照组26.2%,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论改良去骨瓣减压术治疗颅脑损伤效果显著。Objective To study the improvement to bone disc decompression in the treatment of patients with craniocerebral injury. MethodsSelected 84 patients with craniocerebral injury were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in the control group was given standard to bone disc decompression therapy, the observation group was given improved bone disc decompression therapy.Results The observation group total effective rate was 73.9% higher than the control group 47.6%, P〈0.05, had difference statistically signiifcance. The complication rate of observation group was 9.5% lower than the control group 26.2%,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance.Conclusion The improved to bone disc decompression in the treatment of craniocerebral injury effect is remarkable.
