清胃散加减联合西药治疗溃疡性口炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的：观察应用清胃散加减联合西药治疗溃疡性口炎的临床疗效。方法选取2013年5月～2014年5月在我院就治的溃疡性口炎患儿共60例。将60例患儿随机分成治疗组及对照组，各30例。治疗组清胃散加减口服联合青霉素静滴，对照组按常规给予青霉素滴注抗感染治疗。结果治疗组能有效缩短病程，减轻患儿的痛苦，无明显并发症发生。结论应用清胃散加减联合西药治疗小儿溃疡性口炎，能有效缩短病程。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of qingweisan decoction combined with western medicine treatment of ulcerative stomatitis.Methods Selected 60 cases of ulcerative stomatitis from May 2013 to May 2014 in our hospital. were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, each group had 30 cases. The treatment group was treated with the qingweisan decoction combined oral administration of penicillin, The control group was treated with penicillin according to the routine.Results The treatment group can effectively shorten the course of disease, reduced the suffering of children, with no obvious complications. ConclusionApplication of qingweisan decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with ulcerative stomatitis, can effectively shorten the course.
