点涂法治疗背部马拉色菌毛囊炎的护理体会

摘　　要：目的在治疗室观察护理人员外用复方间苯二酚洗剂点涂法治疗背部马拉色菌毛囊炎的临床效果。方法 200例背部马拉色菌毛囊炎患者随机分为常规组(外用酮康唑洗剂)和治疗组(护理人员用复方间苯二酚洗剂点涂治疗)各100例,给予相应治4 W,观察临床疗效、不良反应及复发率。结果治疗组的有效率、复发率与对照组相比较,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义,治疗过程有13例患者出现轻微潮红和烧灼感,均无需处理。结论在治疗室护理人员点涂法治疗背部马拉色菌毛囊炎,疗效好,复发率低而且治疗成本低,尤以是背部毛囊炎治疗的疗法效果更为显著。Objective In the treatment room observation nursing staff and external compound resorcinol lotion point coating method for back horse pulling the clinical effect of malassezia folliculitis.MethodsSelected 200 patients with back horse pull Malassezia Folliculitis patients were randomly divided into routine group （external use of ketoconazole lotion） and treatment group （nursing staff in compound resorcinol lotion smear treatment）, each group had 100 cases, to given the corresponding treatment for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions and recurrence rate were observed. Results The treatment group rate, relapse rate and compared with the control group,P〈0.05, had difference statistically significance, the treatment process has 13 patients appeared mild redness and burning sensation, there was no need to deal with.Conclusion The treatment room nursing staff coating method for back horse of malassezia folliculitis, good curative effect, low recurrence rate and low treatment cost, especially in is back folliculitis treated with the therapy effect is more remarkable.
