中韩自贸协定背景下辽宁与韩国经贸合作的经济分析

摘　　要：本文分析了在中韩自贸协定签订的背景下,辽宁与韩国经贸合作的现状与前景,并对未来辽韩经贸合作提出了相关的政策建议。文章共分四个部分,第一部分介绍了中韩自贸协定的主要内容,包括自贸协定覆盖的领域、双方关税减让的商品和过渡时间、服务业开放和其他进一步合作的领域。第二部分回顾了辽宁与韩国近几年经贸合作所取得的成果,总体来看辽宁与韩国的经贸合作成果显著。第三部分分析了在中韩自贸协定签订的背景下,未来辽宁与韩国经贸合作的巨大发展空间和广阔发展前景。最后一部分对进一步扩展辽宁与韩国的经贸合作提出了四点建议,包括产业对接、城市间合作、发挥港口作用、深化体制机制改革等。This paper analyzes the situations and prospects of the economic and trade cooperation between Liaon- ing and South Korea, and puts forward relevant policies and suggestions for the economic and trade cooperation between Liaoning and South Korea in the future. The paper is divided into four parts. The first part introduces the main contents of China-South Korea free trade agreement, including the domains covered by free trade agreement, the tariff cut of the two sides and the transition time, and the service industry and other fields of further coopera- tion. In the second part, the authors review the achievements of the economic and trade cooperation between Liaoning and South Korea in recent years. The economic and trade cooperation between Liaoning and South Kore- a achieved significant results as a whole sense. The third part analyzes the great horizon and broad prospects for developing the economic and trade cooperation between Liaoning and South Korea in the background of China-South Korea FTA. The last part puts forward four proposals tbr the RLrttler expansion ot me economic anct traoe cooperation between Liaoning and South Korea, including industrial connection, inter-city cooperation, playing the function of ports, and deepening the reform of institution and mechanisms, etc.
