摘　　要：梳理部队摩托化机动运输保障流程,对各保障环节标准规范需求进行分析,在提出构建措施的基础上,构建部队摩托化机动运输保障标准规范体系框架,为规范和提升部队摩托化机动运输保障能力提供理论依据和基本遵循。At the beginning, the process of motorization mobility transportation support is introduced, and the requirement of the standard and regulation system for all steps is analyzed. Then, the framework of standard and regulation system of motorization mobility transportation support is consructed on the base of presenting the construction measures, which can provide theoretical basis and essential reference for regulating and improving support capability of motorization mobility transportation.
