摘　　要：分析美军装备维修级别转型的背景,对美军两级维修的酝酿筹划、成形发展、验证实行过程进行深入研究,从备件供应、法规体系、诊断技术等方面提出对我军装备维修级别改革的启示与建议。研究结果表明,我军应结合国情,借鉴美军维修级别转型的成功经验和做法,尽早实施开展基层级和基地级两级维修。After introducing the background of equipment maintenance level transformation in US army and studying the design and the development and effectuation process of its two level maintenance, the paper proposes some enlightenments and suggestions on spare parts supply, regulation system and diagnosis technique for the reform of equipment maintenance level in our army. The result shows that we should learn the successful experience of equipment maintenance transformation from US army according to our national conditions, and implement two level maintenance of AVUM and depot maintenance in our army.
