摘　　要：在大量的现代战争实践中,美军战时法律服务发挥出了不可替代的重要作用。其中一些有效的经验和做法,为我军按照实战化标准完善军队律师体制编制、结合实战化模式淬炼军队律师作战本领、根据实战化需求储备军队律师人才队伍等方面提供了重要的启示。In lots of modern war practices, US army＇ s wartime legal service plays an irreplaceable and important role. Some of the effective experiences and practices can provide significant enlightenment for improving army lawyers＇ establishment and system in accordance with real combat standard, for tempering army lawyers＇ combat skills in combination with real combat mode, and for reserving talents of army lawyers in view of real combat requirements.
