推进院校与部队联教联训深入发展的思考

摘　　要：院校与部队开展联教联训活动,有助于军事人才培养与部队实际相结合,提高军事人才培养质量,推动军队院校任职教育深化改革,促进信息化条件下军事训练转变。将院校和部队二者联合起来,依靠多方的联动协调作用,科学构建其合作平台,不断完善相关运行机制,积极探索联教联训的方法途径,加大推进培养新型高素质军事人才的力度,以适应新的军事斗争形势的需要。To develop college-and-troops joint teaching and training is helpful for cultivating talents in army according to its real situation, promoting the reform of professional education in military academies, and promoting the transformation of military training under information condition. In order to adapt the new situation of military struggle, we should integrate colleges with troops and establish a cooperation platform between them and perfect the operational mechanism under the coordination of various factors. It is also necessary to explore the methods of joint teaching and training and cultivate new type of high-quality military talents.
