Key Steps for Improving Training Quality of National Defense Students in College

摘　　要：通过实地调研、电话采访、发放问卷等方式,对我国23所普通高校国防生培养模式进行了调查研究,对比分析寻找国防生培养质量提升的关键环节,为国防生培养制度的完善提供参考和借鉴。研究发现,国防生的素质与高校的重视程度密切相关,一些高校对国防生培养重视不够,造成国防生综合素质偏下,适应能力较差。针对调研中发现的问题,提出相应的对策与建议。After investigating the training modes of national defense students in 23 colleges by field surveying, telephone in- terviewing and issuing questionnaires, the paper compares and analyzes the key steps for improving the training quality of national defense students, which can provide reference for perfecting the training system for them. The research shows that the quality of national defense students is closely related to the attention they obtained from colleges. The limited attention paid to national defense students led to their low comprehensive quality and poor adaptive ability. Finally, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed to solve the problems discovered in the research.
