摘 要:目的探讨鼻镜的有效清洗方法,提高器械清洗质量,预防医院感染。方法将消毒供应中心回收的1 800件污染鼻镜随机分为试验组910件和对照组890件,试验组采用自制的鼻镜清洗摆放架+超声波清洗机+全自动清洗消毒器机械清洗,对照组采用传统摆放法+超声波清洗机+全自动清洗消毒器机械清洗,比较两组鼻镜清洗质量合格率及干燥合格率,数据采用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果试验组鼻镜目测清洗质量合格率及3M清洗测试棒清洗质量检测合格率,分别为99.78%及100.00%,对照组分别为93.94%及92.70%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);试验组鼻镜干燥合格率为99.89%,对照组为91.80%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论超声波清洗机及全自动清洗消毒器机械清洗时,采用鼻镜清洗摆放架装载鼻镜,使鼻镜咬合面和轴节被最大限度地打开,鼻镜摆放相互不重叠,提高了鼻镜清洗及干燥质量,延长了器械使用寿命。OBJECTIVE To explore an effective cleaning method for rhinoscopes so as to improve the cleaning and drying quality and prevent nosocomial infections .METHODS Totally 1800 polluted rhinoscopes were randomly divided into experimental group with 910 rhinoscopes and control group with 890 rhinoscopes ,Self‐made cleaning rack for rhinoscopes and automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine and automatic washer‐disinfector were adopted in the experimental group and traditional placement method and automatic ultrasonic cleaning machine and automatic washer‐disinfector were used in the control group .The qualification rates of cleaning effect and drying condition were compared .All data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 13 .0 software .RESULTS The pass rate of cleaning quality with visual test in experimental group was 99 .78% (908 rhinoscopes) ,and in the control group was 93 .94% .The pass rate of cleaning effect with 3M cleaning effect test probes in experimental group was 100%(910 rhinoscopes)and in the control group was 92 .70% .The difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0 .01) .The pass rate of drying in the experimental group was 99 .89% (909 rhinoscopes)and in the control group ,it was 91 .80% .The difference between the two groups was significant (P〈0 .01) .CONCLUSION When cleaning by ultrasonic cleaning machines and automatic washer‐disinfector ,using special made cleaning rack for rhinoscopes will help to maximally open the occlusal surface and the shaft without overlap .So this kind of cleaning method can improve the cleaning effect and drying quality and prolong the life of the instruments .
