摘　　要：JAK-STAT信号通路,即酪氨酸蛋白激酶/信号转导子与转录激活子通路是近年来发现的,存在于多种细胞当中、受多种细胞因子介导并参与细胞的生长、增殖、分化、凋亡及免疫调节等过程的信号通路。JAK-STAT信号通路在介导多种神经系统疾病的炎症反应进程中发挥着重要的作用,JAK和STAT蛋白家族成员也是炎症机制研究当中的重要靶向。在多种细胞因子调控下,JAK-STAT信号通路存在于多种神经细胞以介导疾病的发生,如中枢神经系统损伤、自身免疫性疾病及退行性病变、脑缺血、病毒感染相关性炎症等疾病,对于该通路调控下的炎症因子与炎症相关蛋白的深入研究及其与其他炎症通路间形成的交联网络的探索,在用于阐明临床上多种神经系统炎症病变的发病机制以及探寻抗炎药物的作用靶点等方面具有广泛的临床意义与研究价值。JAK-STAT which is called Janus kinase signal transducers and activator of transcription is the recently-found signaling pathway existing in various cells, regulated by many cytokines and participating in the growth, proliferation, differentiation, apoptosis and immune regulation of ceils. JAK-STAT signaling pathway plays an important role in mediating the inflammatory processes of many diseases of nervous system. The family members of JAK and STAT are critical targets of the research for inflammation mechanisms. Un- der the regulation of multiple cytokines, JAK-STAT signaling pathway exists in many neurocytes to mediate the diseases, including the damage, autoimmune diseases and degenerative diseases of central nervous system, brain ischemia and virus infection associated in- flammation. It is of wide clinical significance and research value to lucubrate the cytokines and inflammation-related proteins mediated by this pathway, discover the cross linking between these inflammatory signaling pathways, elucidate the pathogenesis of neuroinflam- matory diseases and explore the targets for anti-inflammation drugs.
