摘  要:目的对傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)在药品控制菌溯源中的应用进行初步的探讨研究。方法在选定条件下对傅里叶红外光谱的重复性、中间精密度、准确度进行考察。结果在标准的操作及培养条件下,以图谱相似度0.95作为判断阈值,傅里叶红外光谱的重复性、中间精密度、准确度均能满足试验菌株的溯源要求,12株菌株的溯源结果与Ribo Printer结果基本一致。结论傅里叶红外光谱技术是一项经济、快速,有利于在企业推广的控制菌溯源新技术。OBJECTIVE To preliminarily explore the application of FTIR in microbial source tracking for specified micro- organisms in pharmaceutical products. METHODS The repeatability, intermediate precision, and accuracy of FTIR were investigate in selected conditions. RESULTS Under standard operation and culture conditions, the repeatability, interme- diate precision, and accuracy of FTIR met the basic requirements for microbial source tracking as judged by a threshold value of similarity index of greater than 0.95. The tracking results of 12 bacterial strains were almost the same as RiboPriuter analy- sis. CONCLUSION FTIR is economic and fast. It is advantageous for promotion of specified microorganisms source track- ing in enterprises.
