走向政治文化现代化的农民公民意识培育分析

摘　　要：公民意识是政治文化的重要着力点,也是通过经济、制度、文化和环境推动国家走向现代化的动力源泉。公民意识价值显现,培育和提高农民公民意识势在必行。作为上层建筑的政治文化要适应生产力发展,对当前农民公民意识的培育提出了新要求。根据农民公民意识政治认知水平和政治效能感两个衡量指标,提高农民公民意识需要从内化和外化两方面着手。Civic consciousness is an important focal point of political culture. It is a spur to promote nation modernizationby developing economy, system, culture and environment. The value of civic consciousness is growing, so it is imperativeto cultivate and improve farmers＇ civic consciousness. The political culture, as the superstructure, should be attuned tothe productive force, which makes new requirements to cultivate farmers＇ civic mindedness. Based on the two measurement criterions, farmers＇ political efficiency and farmers＇ political attitude, the improvement of farmers＂ civic consciousnessshould be done in two aspects, which are internalization and externalization.
