支农视角下的村镇银行可持续性探究——以安徽省为例

摘　　要：依据已有的村镇银行研究理论,运用Yaron提出的针对农村金融机构评估模型相关指标对村镇银行的可持续性进行研究;采用数理分析与理论框架有机结合的分析模式对村镇银行的可持续发展状况进行综合评价。结果显示,我国村镇银行在支农效果上起到一定作用,并且独立经营状况良好、稳定;这一初步发展成果的取得建立在农村金融生态环境不断优化的基础上,其自身微观形态的发展还有待提升,为此提出建立可持续发展保障机制、优化内部治理结构等建议。On the basis of the existing theories of rural banks, this paper studies the sustainability of rural banks throughSDI index of rural financial institutions evaluation model proposed by Yaron, and comprehensively evaluates the develop-ment of rural banks by combining the mathematical analysis and theoretical framework. The results show that the ruralbanks in our country play a role in supporting agriculture, and their independent operation runs soundly and steadily. Thepreliminary development are based on the gradual optimization of rural financial ecological environment, and their micro--structure development has yet to be promoted. Hence, the paper proposes to establish a sustainable development safe-guard mechanism and to optimize the internal governance structure, etc.
