关于新型农业经营方式的一个案例——山东省昌乐县宝石沟农业有限公司调查研究

摘　　要：以山东省昌乐县宝石沟农业有限公司为例对新型农业经营方式之一的公司型农业进行分析。调查研究发现,农业公司在生产经营上具有生产技术装备先进、盈利能力强、销售渠道广等诸多优点,同时也存在诸如成本开支大、劳动管理难等问题。针对这些情况提出了应实行适度的规模经营,提高公司的人力资源管理水平以及规范土地流转关系,合理确定土地租金水平等建议。The thesis analyzes the company of agriculture which is one of the new ways of agricultural management basedon the agricultural company located at Changle County, Shandong Province. The study finds that agriculture has manyadvantages such as advanced technology and equipment, strong profitability and wide sales channels. But there are alsomany problems, such as large costs and the difficult labor management. According to the situation, the thesis puts for-ward such suggestions that moderate scale management should be adopted, the level of company＇s human resources man-agement should be improved, the relationship of land circulation should be regulated, and land rents should be determinedreasonably.
