快速城镇化背景下国家级历史文化名村旅游产业发展模式研究——以福建省为例

摘　　要：快速城镇化对国家级历史文化名村旅游产业发展模式发挥着重要影响。市场主导型和社区为主与居民自由经营这两种旅游产业发展模式是不同类别国家级历史文化名村的有效选择。基于快速城镇化背景,以福建省29个国家历史文化名村以例,选择不同类别历史文化名村的旅游产业发展模式,并结合其发展面临的窘境,探讨了实现福建省国家级历史文化名村旅游产业发展的思路,即通过政策扶持、社区增权、环境保育、资源开发、旅游产品协调及产业链的完善等措施实现福建省国家级历史文化名村旅游产业发展模式的正确选择和产业健康发展。The fast urbanization greatly influences the mode of development of national historical and cultural vnlages. The market-led mode and the community-led mode with free-operation are the best choice for different kinds of national historical and cultural villages. On the basis of the fast urbanization, this paper analyzes the choice of different development mode of tourism industry, taking 29 national historical and cultural villages as example. After studying the problems embedded in it, it is suggested that policy-support, community-empowerment, eiavironment-proteetion, resource-develop- ment, structure adjustment of tourism products, living tourism mode and improving-industry chain should be taken to achieve the choice of the development mode and the development of tourism industry for historical and cultural villages in Fujian province.
