摘  要:通过单填砂管流动实验中阻力系数的测量,对聚驱后支化预交联凝胶颗粒(B-PPG)与水解聚丙烯酰胺(HPAM)复配的非均相体系的封堵性能进行了评价,优选出了封堵能力最佳的BPPG、HPAM非均相体系;通过渗透率不同的双填砂管驱油实验和微观驱油实验,研究了聚驱后非均相体系的调剖与驱油能力。单管封堵实验结果表明:B-PPG与HPAM复配的非均相体系,能够对填砂管进行有效封堵,显著提高聚驱后填砂管阻力系数和残余阻力系数,HPAM与B-PPG按质量比例6∶4(干重)配制时封堵效果最好。双管调驱实验结果表明:非均相体系调驱能够明显改善聚驱后高渗管和低渗管的分流比,使剩余油动用程度较低的低渗管采收率大幅提高。微观实验表明:非均相体系提高聚驱后采收率方式主要靠增大驱替液的波及系数来实现。The plugging performance of the heterogeneous flooding system consisted of branched-preformed particle gel( B-PPG)and hydrolyzed polyacrylamide( HPAM) after polymer flooding is evaluated through measuring the resistance coefficient in single sandfilling tube flow experiment,and the optimal formulation of the B-PPG-HPAM heterogeneous flooding system is obtained. The profile control and oil displacement capacity of B-PPG-HPAM heterogeneous flooding system after polymer flooding is studied by double sandfilling tube oil displacement experiment and microscopic oil displacement experiment. The single sand-filling tube flow experiment results show that,B-PPG-HPAM heterogeneous flooding system not only has high viscosity of polymer,but also has the properties of viscoelastic particles,it can effectively plug sand filling tube and significantly enhances the resistance coefficient and the residual resistance coefficient of sand-filling pipe after polymer flooding; the optimal mass ratio of HPAM to B-PPG is 3: 2( dry weight). Double sand-filling tube oil displacement experiment results show that,heterogeneous flooding system can obviously improve the flow ratio of the high permeability tube to low permeability tube after polymer flooding,so that the recovery factor of the remaining oil in low permeability tube can be significantly improved. The micro-flooding experiments show that the main mechanism of the heterogeneous flooding system improving residual oil recovery factor after polymer flooding by heterogeneous system is improving sweep efficiency.
