摘  要:对国外示范区所用的新型太阳能封闭槽装置在新疆油田的应用进行了可行性分析。利用CMG模拟太阳能周期性产热的特点,从传热学的角度分析了封闭槽装置的集热性能,同时结合新疆油田实际生产数据进行了反射镜场占地面积的计算,分析了5种不同蒸汽发生方式的成本。结果表明,封闭槽装置的占地面积较传统槽装置缩减了5/6,运行30 a的总成本仅为传统槽的1/3,太阳能稠油热采技术在新疆油田的应用具有可行性。The feasibility of the application of the new type of the closed solar energy trough used in foreign demonstration area to thermal recovery of heavy oil in Xinjiang oilfields is analyzed. The cyclic generation of solar heat energy is simulated by using CMG software,and the thermal performance of the closed solar energy trough is analyzed according to the heat transfer theory. The area covered by reflector is calculated based on the actual data of Xinjiang oilfield,and the cost of five types of steam generation forms is calculated and analyzed. The results show that,compared with traditional solar energy troughs,the area covered by the closed trough is reduced by5 /6,the total cost of its running 30 years is reduced by 2 /3. So the application of the closed solar energy trough to thermal recovery of heavy oil in Xinjiang oilfield is feasible.
