摘 要:使用不同摩尔比的含氟丙烯酸酯单体和丙烯酸单体合成含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物,通过接触角测量法、自吸吸入法和Owens二液法评价了含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物对岩心表面气润湿反转程度,并考察了处理浓度、无机盐浓度、p H值以及温度对岩心气润湿性的影响。研究发现,当含氟丙烯酸酯单体与丙烯酸的摩尔比为1∶2时,合成的含氟丙烯酸酯聚合物FP-2具有良好的润湿反转能力。质量分数为1%的FP-2可将水相和油相在岩心表面的接触角由未处理时的23°和0°反转为137°和57°,岩心表面自由能由67.52 m N/m降至1.66 m N/m,岩心表面的润湿性由液润湿性反转为中性气润湿。自吸实验结果表明,处理后岩心液相饱和度明显降低,岩心的含水饱和度相比含油饱和度的减小程度更为显著。当无机盐质量浓度达到10 000 mg/L、温度达到120℃、p H值为5~7时,岩心表面仍能够保持中性气湿。Fluorinated acrylate polymer is synthesized using fluorinated acrylate monomer and acrylic monomer with different molar ratio. The reversal degree of the fluorinated acrylate polymer to core wettability from liquid-wetting to gas-wetting is evaluated using contact angle measurement,imbibition test and Owens two-liquid method,and the effects of the concentration of fluorinated acrylate polymer,the concentration of salt,p H and temperature on the gas wettability of cores are studied. The results show that when the molar ratio of fluorinated acrylate monomer to acrylic monomer is 1: 2,the synthesized product FP-2 has a good core wettability reversal performance from liquid-wetting to gas-wetting. When a core is treated by FP-2 of 1%,the contact angle between the core and brine and oil can be changed from 23°and 0°to 137° and 57°,and the surface free energy of the core is reduced from 67. 52 m N / m to 1. 66 m N / m. So the wettability of the core is changed into neutral gas wetting. The imbibition tests show that the liquid saturation of the cores treated by FP-2 solution decreases,and their water saturation is decreased more than oil saturation. And the treated cores can still keep neutral gaswetting when the salinity,temperature and p H of treatment solution are 100 000 mg / L,120 ℃,and p H = 5 ~ 7 separately.
