摘 要:目的建立反相高效液相色谱法(RP-HPLC)测定橘红化痰丸中苦杏仁苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为Diamonsil C18;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(20:80),流速1.0 m L/min;检测波长210 nm;柱温30℃。结果苦杏仁苷在5.5-44.0μg/m L范围内有良好的线性关系(r=0.9991),平均回收率为100.3%,RSD为0.84%(n=6)。结论该法可用于橘红化痰丸中苦杏仁苷的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of amygdalin in Juhong Huatan Wan. Methods A RP-HPLC method was established. The chromatographic column was Diamonsil C1. The mobile phase was a mixture ofmethanol-0.1% phosphoric acid (20:80, v/v). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, and the detection wavelength was 210nm. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The linear range of amygdalin was 5.5-44.0 gg/mL (r=0.9991). Theaverage recovery for amygdalin was 100.3 %, with RSD of 0.84 % (n=6). Conclusion This method can be used forquantitative determination of amygdalin in the preparation.
