摘  要:传统的无刷励磁系统无法满足变频调速同步电动机低速运行工况的要求。通常采用单相交流励磁取代直流励磁,但传统的单相交流励磁系统的输出电压受转子位置影响较大,不能提供稳定的励磁电压,无法保证电动机起动性能。针对该问题,设计了一种采用单相交流励磁、串联单相整流新型结构的中频交流感应无刷励磁装置,能在电动机起动时提供与转子位置无关的稳定励磁电压。基于励磁机的数学模型,分析了单相交流励磁下电机的电磁关系,通过仿真和试验验证了该交流感应无刷励磁装置的良好性能。Traditional brushless excitation system can not meet the requirements of variable frequency speed regulation synchronous motor in low speed operation. Single phase AC excitation is usually used instead of DC excitation, but output is seriously influenced by rotor position and unable to produce steady excitation voltage to ensure starting performance. A new kind of intermediate frequency brushless excitation device using single phase AC excitation and series rectifier topology were designed. It could produce steady excitation voltage irrelevant to rotor position during motor starting process. Based on exciter mathematic model, electromagnetic relations of single phase AC exciter and proves the good performance of this device by means of simulation and experiments was analyzed.
