摘  要:基于Ansoft Maxwell 14设计了双绕组永磁容错电机,从空载反电动势、齿槽转矩脉动、气隙磁密、电感特性等方面验证了电机性能。根据设计制作了试验样机,测试了样机空载反电动势和短路电流。对比了利用解析法、有限元法和示波器测量值分别估算的电感,结果一致性较高,验证了仿真和计算的可靠性。该研究结果对于双绕组永磁容错电机在高可靠性工程领域中的应用具有一定的参考价值。Dual-winding fault-tolerant permanent magnet (DFYPM) motor was designed based on Ansoft Maxwell 14. The DFTPM motor performance was verified in aspects of no-load back-EMF, cogging torque ripple, flux density and inductance characteristic. The prototype was produced through the design. No-load back-EMF and short- circuit current were tested. The analytical method, finite element method and oscilloscope measurements were used to estimate inductance. Compared estimations, they had high consistency and verified the reliability of the computation and simulation. The result of the DFFPM motor research has a certain reference value in high-reliable engineering applications.
