摘 要:内置式永磁同步电机功率密度高,特别是在大转矩、高饱和运行工况下,由于交直轴磁路交叉耦合作用的存在,电机参数的变化对电机性能影响显著。在基于FPGA的车用永磁电机硬件在环实时仿真平台上,为提高仿真精度,用Verilog HDL语言构建了三维电感表,以解决永磁同步电机交叉耦合与饱和效应的影响。在车用电机实物对拖平台上进行了各种工况的对比,误差减小至2.85%。The interior permanent magnet synchronous motor (IPMSM) has the character of high power density. Because of the existence of the d-q axis cross-coupling effect, the variation of the motor parameters has a significant influence on the motor performance, especially under heavy load and high saturation conditions. The hardware in the loop simulation (HIL) platform of PMSM in HEVs was based on a FPGA chip, in order to improve simulation accuracy, a 3-D look up table (LUT) for inductance in d-q axises was constructed by using Verilog HDL. The LUT was presented to consider the cross coupling and saturation effect. Comparison under different conditions was carried out on the physical drag platform, the error between the physical platform and HIL platform reached 2.85% .
