摘 要:电弧增材制造是低成本金属零件直接成形的重要研究方向之一。金属零件形貌的成形精度是评判成形质量的一个重要指标。从成形工艺特性、尺寸数学建模、过程控制等角度阐述了电弧增材制造成形控制技术的国内外研究现状;重点总结了基于视觉传感的电弧增材制造闭环控制技术的研究现状;分析了电弧增材制造成形控制技术研究存在的关键问题;提出了未来电弧增材制造成形控制技术的研究内容和发展方向。Arc-based additive manufacturing technology is one of the most significant research directions in low cost metal parts direct fabrication.Forming accuracy of the metal parts appearance is an important index for evaluating the forming quality.Domestic and overseas research status of formation control in arc-based additive manufacturing are elaborated from the aspects of forming technology characteristics,geometry modeling and process control.Research status of closed-loop control technology based on vision- sensing in arc-based additive manufacturing is emphatically summarized.The Key problems of forming control in arc-based additive manufacturing are analyzed, and future research contents as well as directions of this technology are also proposed.
