摘  要:介绍了一种在汽车轻型传动轴的自动及半自动焊接工艺中,用于对其中间支承总成进行定位、压紧、便于校直并实施焊接的工装,讨论了该工装的设计理念及结构和工作原理。通过大量的实验证明,该工装结构设计科学、简单实用,有效提高了校直和动平衡的精度、产品质量、生产效率,降低劳动强度。A kind of tooling is introduced in this paper,it can locate and clamp the intermediate support assembly for straightening and welding in automatic and semi-automatic welding technology of automobile light transmission shaft.The design concept, structure and working principle of the tooling are discussed.The results of a large number of experiments on site show that the structure design of this tooling is scientific, simple and practical,and this tooling effectively improves the precision of straightening and dynamic balance, the quality of products and production efficiency, reduces the labor intensity, provides hardware support for enterprises brand value.
