摘  要:覆层铝合金薄板由三层组成,中间层为高强铝合金(AA7072),外覆层为铸造铝合金(AA4043)以利焊接,内覆层为防锈铝合金(AA3003)以防止热交换介质的腐蚀。薄板经成型机组成型后再经高频感应焊接成焊管。利用金相观察、显微硬度和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、爆破试验等方法分析高频焊工艺焊接接头显微组织和性能。结果表明,采用高频感应焊接技术得到的焊缝组织均匀,性能优异。各层组织中弥散分布着一种或者多种第二相颗粒,力学性能优于母材。Cladding aluminum alloy sheet is made up of three layers,the middle coating is high-strength aluminum alloy AA7072, the outer coating is casting aluminum ahoy AA4043 with excellent weldability and the inner coating is stain resistant aluminum alloy AA3003 with corrosion resistance.Through high-frequency induction welding technology ,cladding aluminum alloy sheet which is bended into a elliptical by multiple-mold machine is produced into tube.Microscopic structures and mechanical properties of welded joint are analyzed by metallographic observation,microhardness and scanning electron microscope (SEM),and blasting test.investigated.Results reveal that the microscopic structures are well-distributed and mechanical properties are perfect.Diffuse distribution in each layer of tissue with one or more second phase particles ,mechanical performance is better than that of the parent metal.
