水煤气变换反应器筒体焊接残余应力数值模拟与实验

摘  要:为研究水煤气变换反应器筒体环焊残余应力的分布规律,利用ANSYS软件对含不锈钢复合层的筒体焊缝进行焊接残余应力的数值模拟,同时采用X射线衍射法对筒体焊缝进行残余应力测定。数值模拟结果表明,过渡层焊接残余拉应力远高于复层与基层,形成明显的应力梯度;残余应力在复层表面垂直于焊缝方向上均为压应力,且在焊缝中心压应力最大,沿焊缝方向上为拉应力,最大值出现在焊缝边缘部位;实验测量结果与数值模拟结果一致,验证了数值模拟结果的正确性。In order to study the distribution of residual stresses in circumferential welding of the cylinder for the water gas shift reactor, ANSYS code is used to simulate welding residual stresses of the welds on the water gas shift reactor cylinder with stainless steel clad plate.In addition, the welding residual stresses are measured by X-ray diffraction instrument.The simulated results show that the tensile residual stresses of the transition layer are higher than that of the cladding layer and base layer, and form obvious stress gradient.The X direction residual stresses on the cladding layer surface are compressive stress and the maximum value appears in the center of the weld.However, the Z direction residual stresses on the clad layer surface are tensile stress and the maximum value appears at the edges of the weld.The numerical simulated results agree are in accordance with the experimental results.
