摘  要:异种钢的焊接结构在很多行业得到了一定的应用,为保障该结构的可靠性,有必要进行焊接接头的组织和性能的研究。针对900 MPa与Q345B异种钢手工电弧焊(SMAW)平焊焊接接头,分析了两种母材的焊接性,对该焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击等力学性能试验,并采用微观金相观察和硬度检测手段对接头显微组织及硬度进行试验分析。试验结果表明,900 MPa钢焊接性较差,正确工艺条件下获得的异种钢接头力学性能良好,接头抗拉强度位于两母材之间,接头组织与硬度不均匀性较大,该焊接接头性能和组织均满足相关材料与行业标准。Dissimilar steel welding structure is used in many industries.lt is important to research the microstructure and properties of the welding dissimilar joints which could ensure the reliability of the structure.For the dissimilar flat welding joints of the 900 MPa steel and Q345C steel by manual arc welding (SMAW),the weldability of the parent metal is analyzed.The mechanical properties of the welded joint such as tensile, bending,impact performance are measured.The microscopic metallographic is observed.The hardness distribution of the joint is tested.The results show that the weldability of 900 MPa steel is poorer.Correct welding process conditions is important to obtain satisfactory properties of dissimilar metal weldments.The microstructure and hardness of the joints appear larger nonuniformity.The properties and microstructure of the joints meet the demands of the relevant materials and industry standards,
