摘 要:双丝焊因其具有高效、节能、焊接速度高、熔敷率高、焊接质量好等优点而获得了广泛的应用。在双丝焊应用于转向架侧梁、横梁焊接的工艺评定中,双丝焊接头冲击值偏低,从焊接材料、母材、焊接线能量(焊接工艺参数)、焊后去应力退火处理、评定准备及评定过程等方面对接头冲击值偏低的原因作了初步探讨。试验结果表明,双丝焊冲击值偏低与材料有关,与焊接工艺、焊后热处理的关系不大;双丝焊在转向架侧梁、横梁焊接的应用方案可行。双丝焊技在转向架上应用,能大大提高生产效率,对于高速列车制造具有重要的经济效益和社会效益。Double-wire welding is widely used because of high efficiency,energy saving,high welding speed,high deposition efficiency and good welding quality.In the procedure qualification of bogie side beam and beam with double-wire welding, the welded joints have low impact value.From the aspects of welding material, base material, welding line energy (welding parameter), postweld stress relieving by annealing, assessment preparation and process, the reasons for low impact value of welded joints are preliminary discussed. The results show that the low impact value of double-wire welding relates to materials but rarely concerns the welding technology and postweld heat treatment.And double-wire welding is feasible for the bogie side beam and beam.The application of double-wire welding technology in bogie can greatly improve the production efficiency and has important economic and social benefits for high speed train manufacturing.
