刹车片扩散焊接头组织和性能

摘  要:刹车片是制动系统中最关键的安全零件,一般由钢板、粘接隔热层和摩擦块构成。采用预镀铜合金的20#基体钢板和预先压制好的Cu-C基摩擦块在不同的工艺条件下,研究扩散焊接接头的组织和性能。结果表明,加热温度为800℃,压力为0.023 4 MPa时,接头剪切强度最高;从微观组织和能谱分析,扩散层厚度较厚,呈粒状形貌,扩散过程良好。Brake pads consists of steel plate, bonding heat-insulating layer and friction block, and is the most crucial safety part of the braking system.Diffusion welding is a solid state welding method and is achieved by atomic diffusion.In this paper,the microstructure and properties of the diffusion welding joints are studied by using 20# steel substrate with pre-plated copper alloy and pre-pressed Cu-C based friction block under different technological conditions.The results show that when the heating temperature is 800 ℃, pressure is 0.0234 MPa,the shear strength of joint is the highest.By the analysis of microstructure and energy spectrum,the diffusion layer appears granular morphology,has thicker thickness and good diffusion process.
