摘  要:对CSP流程生产的高磁感无取向电工钢50W1300在偏离轧制方向不同角度处的磁性能进行了测试和分析,结果表明:在偏离轧向不同角度处,磁性能差异显著,尤其在α=60°时磁感最低;偏离轧制方向不同角度处的磁性能大小取决于织构类型、强度及分布状态;增强{100}<0vw>和α、η取向的有利织构组分,降低不利的γ取向织构组分,且使有利织构组分分布越漫散,磁各向异性越小。The magnetic properties of high magnetic induction non-oriented electrical steel 50W1300 produced by CSP process were tested and analyzed at different angles to the rolling direction. The results showed that the magnetic properties were significantly different at different angles to the rolling direction; in particular, the magnetic induction at 60" to the rolling direction was the lowest. The magnetic properties of different directions depend on the type, intensity and distribution state of texture components. Magnetic anisotropy can be improved by enhancing the favorable { 100} 〈0vw〉, α and η oriented textures, weakening the {111} 〈112〉 fiber texture and making the distribution of favorable textures more diffusive.
